We take the health and safety of our customers and team members extremely seriously. As such we have implemented a number of changes to our business in order to facilitate the guidelines provided by both the Australian and Queensland Governments.

We are currently undertaking all property appraisals virtually through FaceTime, Google Hangouts or similar technologies. If you have a specific situation that requires an in-person appraisal, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Alternatively you could also take advantage of our Instant Estimate tool that will provide you with predictive value powered by data from Pricefinder and Domain. This is delivered directly to your inbox in less than 60 seconds.

For the convenience of our buyers all of our listings at One Percent Property Sales now have a 3D Virtual Tour, as well as High Quality Photos and a Detailed Floorplan, this ensures that you can get a much better understanding of each home prior to requesting an inspection.

As government restrictions ease, we are starting to conduct public open for inspections again, though on request we can still take you through a private, contact conscious inspection. Importantly, all members of the One Percent Property Sales team have completed the Australian Government Department of Health Infectious Control Training for COVID-19 and adhere to all advice and guidelines before, during and after each inspection.

Uniquely, we harness the latest technology which includes a simple to use online platform that allows you to make offers on our properties electronically; as well as using Secure Digital Contracts from DocuSign, which are endorsed by all Major Banks and institutions in Australia; and finally, we have partnered with Conveyancing Solicitors that utilise PEXA encrypted electronic settlements that require zero physical contact.

The property market is still open and moving, and with One Percent Property Sales you can have full confidence that you can inspect, buy and settle into your new home.

Please stay safe and respect one another during these tough times.
