After a successful 35-year career as a global logistics professional, I am very excited to begin a new chapter as a local Brisbane Real Estate Agent with One Percent Property Sales.
In the past, I have managed global logistics for sensitive, high-value, commercial, and humanitarian assets around the world for Governments, NGO’s and the private sector. I understand the value of planning, communication, and respect to a successful relationship. In addition, many thousands of families and individuals have trusted me to relocate their most valued household possessions to all four corners of the globe.
Over the years I have learnt that business of the personal is still business and sometimes business is very personal.
As a local real estate agent, I offer my clients my decades of acquired marketing and negotiating skillset in the fluid property market to achieve successful outcomes. The process of marketing a property from listing to final sale negotiation is identical to the end-to-end global supply chain process, every link counts.
My wife Christine and I have raised our daughters in Brisbane’s inner south where for the past 30 years we have rented, bought, renovated, built and sold properties to accommodate our changing property needs.
Many Coorparoo locals may also know Christine and I as hosts of our very popular restaurant, Chickpea Lebanese. This was a busy and exciting time in our lives where many regulars became friends, but sadly like many in hospitality, covid restrictions forced the restaurant’s closure.
I am excited to be joining One Percent Property Sales, not only to offer clients a fairer commission model saving thousands in unnecessary commission, but I also have a highly skilled and dedicated administrative support team which allows me to focus my time on the task of negotiating and finalising successful property sales for my clients.
